Extending God's Love
AppreciationsDear Friends, We always thank God ,the father of our Lord Jesus Christ when we pray for you, because we have heard and witnessed of your faith in Christ and of the love you have for all of us over here-the faith and love that spring from the hope that is stored up for you in heaven and that you have already heard about the word of truth(the gospel that first came to you)How it is bearing fruit and growing over here, just as it has been doing among you since the day you heard it and understood God's grace in all its truth. Since you love Jesus deeply, and you have shown it, not by words but by deed I find words too insufficient to express my great appreciation for your kindness and generosity toward the work of the Lord over here. Because of your commitment and love, this ministry continues to reach out in many crucial areas. I can not forget every time, when I looked into the eyes of desperate humanity; your spiritual eyes saw what I saw with my naked eyes, you were always there and you acted with great urgency. What I'm saying to you is clear and simple: without you, all I have seen would not have happened, for you have obeyed the voice of the Lord. You have heard His cry. You have obeyed His call and enabled us to go and extend his love to children at risk, youth, widows, couples, drug addicts, Pastors and many others through caring, discipleship and community development! Partners, we are more committed than ever to be wise stewards of the finances you are entrusting unto us. Our staff have never been more willing and excited to reach more for Christ like they are now. When I met our staff members over a cup of tea, during this year's planning session arranged by my dear wife (Lilian), I was moved by their great passion for Christ in all of them. God's presence in that meeting left all of us with a grasp of His will for this generation and a grasp of our role in the kingdom this year. The sense of urgency to Preach, teach, pray, disciple, to love, console and comfort has never been as strong us I saw it in our staff on the planning day. Souls here are crying out for the true Gospel of Jesus Christ. The villagers here are ready to hear the Gospel. The widows are looking for the truth of the Gospel. In fact, the youth are desperate for it. And the time to reach the drug-addicts is now. Christ Care Ministries International wishes to Sincerely thank its Supporters for the good work they are doing in supporting the Centre both Materially and Spiritually. As we move through 2009, it is becoming more and more apparent that the harvest of souls continues to expand around the community, the nation, in urban areas, in the prisons and in the village. The year and the time to focus more and more on evangelism is now! This is the fire that is in my heart! I wish to notify you that, we have for the last one year received an average of $1000 per month but our proposed monthly budget for the year 2009 is $ 4200, this is because of the great need over here.
